What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept almost all forms of online payments including Paypal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and E-Checks.

Who do ship with?

Pivotal Powersports Corp. ships via USPS (subject to change on a per-order basis). All orders will be shipped the fastest and most cost effective way possible, most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours. However, we generally ship orders received before 2:00 PM eastern standard time the same day. We are not responsible for delivery of items shipped to unconfirmed addresses. Shipping policies subject to change without notice. We also ship worldwide!

How long until I receive my order?

Generally, most orders shipped within the lower 48 states arrive in 5 to 7 business days or less. International shipments arrive within 7 to 15 business days or less.

Do you charge Florida sales tax?

Yes, by law we are required to charge Florida state sales tax on any order shipped within Florida, which is current 6% of your total order.

Why are your prices so low?

We manufacture almost all of our products instead of buying them from a distributor, in turn, getting you factory fresh parts at or near wholesale prices!

I am having trouble installing my part, what should I do?

We are here to help you! If you have any trouble installing any of the products we sell, e-mail us with your problem and we will try to resolve the issue with you. For those individuals that are not technically inclined, we would recommend that you bring your vehicle to your local mechanic or installer and have them install the part or parts for you. Although we are not responsible for installation of the products we sell, we will help you in any way possible to make sure your part gets installed fast!
